Greetings! I am Prabu R., and I bring over a decade of expertise in Diagnostics, and Laboratory Management and an entrepreneur with over 15 years of diverse experience in the fields of life sciences and medical diagnostics. This expertise journey began with a postgraduate degree in Biotechnology from AVC College (Autonomous) in Mayiladuthurai, where I built a strong academic foundation. I further advanced my expertise by undertaking a postgraduate dissertation at the Chemical Engineering Department of CLRI (Central Leather Research Institute), Chennai, where I gained hands-on experience and research insights into advanced scientific methodologies.

After completing my studies, I had the opportunity to work as a trainee in the medical diagnostic lab at the Microtherapeutic Research Centre in Chennai. During this six-month tenure, I acquired in-depth knowledge of diagnostic technologies and lab operations, which laid the groundwork for my specialization in the diagnostic industry.

My passion for teaching and sharing knowledge led me to serve as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biotechnology, AVC College (Autonomous), Mayiladuthurai, from 2009 to 2013. During these years, I guided students, helping them navigate academic challenges and explore opportunities in biotechnology. This phase of my career deepened my understanding of the educational sector and allowed me to mentor budding scientists and professionals.

In 2010, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a vision to support the medical diagnostics industry, I founded Newtech Scientific Products in Mayiladuthurai. What started as a small venture has grown into a trusted name in the region, serving diagnostic labs, hospitals, medical colleges, educational institutes, and retailers across Tamil Nadu.

Over the years, I have established partnerships with leading companies as an authorized distributor, ensuring my clients have access to reliable, high-quality products. I specialize in providing comprehensive solutions for setting up new labs for hospitals, clinics, and referral labs. As a Diagnostic Lab Startup Specialist, I offer expert consultancy, design services, and operational guidance to ensure smooth and efficient lab functioning.

My expertise extends to quality management, where I provide solutions for internal and external quality control, NABL audits, and laboratory (EQ/IQ) quality assurance, ensuring compliance with industry standards. I also focus on training and education, offering specialized guidance to laboratory technicians, degree holders, and other professionals as a Clinical Laboratory Educator, MLT Instructor, and Laboratory Training Specialist.

Additionally, I supply A to Z diagnostic lab products and provide end-to-end support, including medical equipment supply, service, and maintenance. My commitment to troubleshooting and solving diagnostic lab report issues has earned me a reputation as a trusted Lab Report Consultant and Mentor. With my passion for innovation and excellence, I continue to support and empower the diagnostic industry through my expertise and dedication.
